耶穌也向幾個自充為義人，而輕視他人的人，設了這個比喻：「有兩個人上聖殿去祈禱：一個是法利塞人，另一個是稅吏。那個法利塞人立著，心裡這樣祈禱：天主，我感謝你，因為我不像其他的人，勒索、不義、奸淫，也不像這個稅吏。我每周兩次禁食，凡我所得的，都捐獻十分之一。那個稅吏卻遠遠地站著，連舉目望天都不敢，只是捶著自己的胸膛說：天主，可憐我這個罪人吧！我告訴你們：這人下去，到他家裡，成了正義的，而那個人卻不然。因為凡高舉自己的，必被貶抑；凡貶抑自己的，必被高舉。」
默 想
- 若法利塞人心中所想的真的和他所說的一樣，這反而是好事。若他是真正感謝天主，耶穌也會欣賞他。但可惜他是為了自義，而不是真的感謝天主。他真正的動機是享受自己的滿足感及宣揚自己。
- 稅吏之所以被接納，不單單他了解到自己是罪人，而是他誠懇地面對自己！
- 一個人要真正面對自己的內心、不欺騙自己、不欺騙天主，真的很困難啊！

恭讀聖馬爾谷福音 12:28-34
那時候，有一個經師上前來，問耶穌說：「一切誡命中，那一條是第一條呢？」耶穌回答說：「第一條是：『以色列！你要聽！上主我們的天主是唯一的天主。你們當全心、全靈、全力愛上主，你的天主。』第二條是：『你應當愛近人如你自己。』再沒有別的誡命比這兩條更大的了。」那經師對耶穌說：「不錯，師傅說的實在對：他是唯一的，除他以外，再沒有別的：應以全心、全意、全力愛他，並愛近人如自己，遠超過一切全燔祭和犧牲。」耶穌見他回答的明智，便對他說：「你離天主的國不遠了。」從此，沒有人敢再問他。

A Reading from the Holy Gospel according to Mark 12:28-34
28 And one of the scribes came up and heard them disputing with one another, and seeing that he answered them well, asked him, “Which commandment is the first of all?” 29 Jesus answered, “The first is, `Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one; 30 and you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ 31 The second is this, `You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.” 32 And the scribe said to him, “You are right, Teacher; you have truly said that he is one, and there is no other but he; 33 and to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the strength, and to love one’s neighbor as oneself, is much more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.” 34 And when Jesus saw that he answered wisely, he said to him, “You are not far from the kingdom of God.” And after that no one dared to ask him any question.

默 想
- 耶穌對經師的態度，最友善的是這一次。因為很多經師已經淪落到不是經師，而是壓迫平民的特權階級。
- 因此，只要我們態度正確，耶穌便會對我們說：你離天主的國不遠了。
- 大家可能會說，我又不是經師。其實，耶穌說的對象也不一定是經師，當時的百姓有很多也沒有當上主是唯一的，也沒有愛人如己，耶穌的責備是向所有人的，不過經師們責任大一點，因為他們有知識。
- 我們也是一樣，因為做了基督徒，有了知識，便要負更大的責任。

那時，耶穌驅逐一個魔鬼——他是使人瘖啞的魔鬼；他出去以後，啞巴便說出話來，群眾都驚訝不止。但是，其中有人說：「他是仗賴魔王貝耳則步驅魔。」另一些人試探耶穌，向他要求一個自天而來的徵兆。耶穌知道了他們的心意，便給他們說：「凡是一國自相紛爭，必成廢墟，一家一家的敗落。如果撒殫自相紛爭，他的國如何能存立呢？因為你們說我仗賴貝耳則步驅魔，如果我仗賴貝耳則步驅魔，你們的子弟們是仗賴誰驅魔呢？為此，他們將是你們的裁判者。如果我是仗賴天主的手指驅魔，那麼，天主的國已來到你們中間了。幾時壯士佩帶武器，看守自己的宅舍，他的財產，必能安全。但是，如果有個比他強壯的來戰勝他，必會把他所依仗的一切器械都奪去，再瓜分他的贓物。不隨同我的，就是反對我；不同我收集的，就是分散。」

14 Now he was casting out a demon that was dumb; when the demon had gone out, the dumb man spoke, and the people marveled. 15 But some of them said, “He casts out demons by Be-el’zebul, the prince of demons”; 16 while others, to test him, sought from him a sign from heaven. 17 But he, knowing their thoughts, said to them, “Every kingdom divided against itself is laid waste, and a divided household falls. 18 And if Satan also is divided against himself, how will his kingdom stand? For you say that I cast out demons by Be-el’zebul. 19 And if I cast out demons by Be-el’zebul, by whom do your sons cast them out? Therefore they shall be your judges. 20 But if it is by the finger of God that I cast out demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you. 21 When a strong man, fully armed, guards his own palace, his goods are in peace; 22 but when one stronger than he assails him and overcomes him, he takes away his armor in which he trusted, and divides his spoil. 23 He who is not with me is against me, and he who does not gather with me scatters.

默 想
- 在耶穌年代，魔鬼的存在具體得多，人人都怕魔鬼！今天，我們不再怕魔鬼，因此也不再這麼尊敬神。
- 有時真不明白，究竟我們今天是進步了，還是退步了呢？
- 若說是退步，但今天卻又真能除卻很多迷信色彩；若說是進步，為何我們的心是更遲鈍呢？
- 或許，每一世代都有那一代的難題，我們破除了迷信，是好的；但要更敬愛天主，更敏銳於天主，卻是有更長的路要走。大家一起努力吧！

恭讀聖瑪竇福音 5:17-19
那時候，耶穌對他的門徒說：「你們不要以為我來是廢除法律或先知；我來不是為廢除，而是為成全。我實在告訴你們：即使天地過去了，一撇或一畫也決不會從法律上過去，必待一切完成。所以，誰若廢除這些誡命中最小的一條，也這樣教訓人，在天國裏，他將稱為最小的；但誰若實行，也這樣教訓人，這人在天國裏將稱為大的。」

耶穌對他的門徒說：「你們不要以為我來是廢除法律或先知；我來不是為廢除，而是為成全。我實在告訴你們：即使天地過去了，一撇或一畫也決不會從法律上過去，必待一切完成。所以，誰若廢除這些誡命中最小的一條，也這樣教訓人，在天國裡，他將稱為最小的；但誰若實行，也這樣教訓人，這人在天國裡將稱為大的。」
默 想
- 我們時常有錯覺以為耶穌慈悲為懷，所以法律的東西，他是不理的，因為法律是管壞人的。最好的例子就是憐憫淫婦的一段記載。
- 但是，今天的經文明明說耶穌不是要來廢除法律，而是成全。
- 怎樣才是成全？若因為有法律，我才不犯法，不殺人，我就是法律的奴隸。
- 但是，我們已經是天主的兒女，不再是奴隸，是兒女了，就是沒有法律也不會犯法，這就是成全。這亦是聖保祿在羅馬人書中要說的。

那時，伯多祿前來對耶穌說：「主啊！若我的弟兄得罪了我，我該寬恕他多少次？直到七次嗎？」耶穌對他說：「我不對你說：直到七次，而是到七十個七次。為此天國好比一個君王，要同他的僕人算賬。他開始算賬的時候，給他送來了一個欠他一萬「塔冷通」的，因他沒有可還的，主人就下令，要他把自己和妻子兒女，以及他所有的一切，都變賣來還債。那僕人就俯伏在地叩拜他說：主啊！容忍我吧！一切我都要還給你。那僕人的主人就動心把他釋放了，並且也赦免了他的債。但那僕人正出去時，遇見了一個欠他一百「德納」的同伴，他就抓住他，扼住他的喉嚨說：還你欠的債！他的同伴就俯伏在地哀求他說：容忍我吧！我必還給你。可是他不願意，且把他下在監裡，直到他還清了欠債。他的同伴見到所發生的事，非常悲憤，遂去把所發生的一切告訴了主人。於是主人把那僕人叫來，對他說：惡僕！因為你哀求了我，我赦免了你那一切的債；難道你不該憐憫你的同伴，如同我憐憫了你一樣嗎？他的主人大怒，遂把他交給刑役，直到他還清所欠的一切。如果你們不各自從心裡寬恕自己的弟兄，我的天父也必要這樣對待你們。」

As many as seven times?” 22 Jesus said to him, “I do not say to you seven times, but seventy times seven. 23 “Therefore the kingdom of heaven may be compared to a king who wished to settle accounts with his servants. 24 When he began the reckoning, one was brought to him who owed him ten thousand talents; 25 and as he could not pay, his lord ordered him to be sold, with his wife and children and all that he had, and payment to be made. 26 So the servant fell on his knees, imploring him, `Lord, have patience with me, and I will pay you everything.’ 27 And out of pity for him the lord of that servant released him and forgave him the debt. 28 But that same servant, as he went out, came upon one of his fellow servants who owed him a hundred denarii; and seizing him by the throat he said, `Pay what you owe.’ 29 So his fellow servant fell down and besought him, `Have patience with me, and I will pay you.’ 30 He refused and went and put him in prison till he should pay the debt. 31 When his fellow servants saw what had taken place, they were greatly distressed, and they went and reported to their lord all that had taken place. 32 Then his lord summoned him and said to him, `You wicked servant! 默 想
- 這一段福音，可能是最難實踐的一段之一。要從心裡寬恕自己的弟兄！
- 有時我懷疑，以我們自己的力量，我們是否能做到寬恕？若是你所愛的人，你也可能做到寬恕，但若是你所憎恨的呢？
- 所以，最終，只有愛才能化解仇恨。而愛，卻是從天主而來，因為天主是愛。
- 若有人是我們所憎恨的，只能通過天主，我們才能化解這憎恨，才能釋懷。

耶穌來到納匝肋，會堂裡向人們說：我實在告訴你們：沒有一個先知在本鄉受悅納的。」我據實告訴你們：在厄里亞時代，天閉塞了三年零六個月，遍地起了大饑荒，在以色列原有許多寡婦，厄里亞並沒有被派到她們中一個那裡去，而只到了漆冬匝爾法特的一個寡婦那裡。在厄里叟先知時代，在以色列有許多癩病人，他們中沒有一個得潔淨的，只有敘利亞的納哈曼。」在會堂中聽見這話的人，都忿怒填胸，起來把他趕出城外，領他到了山崖上——他們的城是建在山上的——要把他推下去。他卻由他們中間過去走了。」

24 And he said, “Truly, I say to you, no prophet is acceptable in his own country. 25 But in truth, I tell you, there were many widows in Israel in the days of Eli’jah, when the heaven was shut up three years and six months, when there came a great famine over all the land; 26 and Eli’jah was sent to none of them but only to Zar’ephath, in the land of Sidon, to a woman who was a widow. 27 And there were many lepers in Israel in the time of the prophet Eli’sha; and none of them was cleansed, but only Na’aman the Syrian.” 28 When they heard this, all in the synagogue were filled with wrath. 29 And they rose up and put him out of the city, and led him to the brow of the hill on which their city was built, that they might throw him down headlong. 30 But passing through the midst of them he went away.
