恭讀聖瑪竇福音 28:16-20
那時候，十一個門徒就往加里肋亞，到耶穌給他們所指定的山上。他們一看見耶穌，就朝拜了他，雖然有人還心中疑惑。
耶穌於是上前對他們說：「天上地下的一切權柄，都交給了我，所以，你們要去使萬民成為門徒，因父及子及聖神之名，給他們授洗，教訓他們遵守我所吩咐你們的一切。
「看！我同你們天天在一起，直到今世的終結。」

恭讀聖路加福音1:39-56
瑪利亞就在那幾日動身，急速往山區去，到了猶大的一座城。她進了匝加利亞的家，就給依撒伯爾請安。依撒伯爾一聽到瑪利亞請安，胎兒就在她的腹中歡躍。依撒伯爾遂充滿了聖神，大聲呼喊說：「在女人中你是蒙祝福的，你的胎兒也是蒙祝福的。我主的母親駕臨我這裏，這是我那裏得來的呢？看，你請安的聲音一入我耳，胎兒就在我腹中歡喜踴躍。那信了由上主傳於她的話必要完成的，是有福的。」瑪利亞遂說：「我的靈魂頌揚上主，我的心神歡躍於天主、我的救主。因為他垂顧了他婢女的卑微，今後萬世萬代都要稱我有福；因全能者在我身上行了大事，他的名字是聖的。他的仁慈世世代代於無窮世，賜與敬畏他的人。他伸出了手臂施展大能，驅散那些心高氣傲的人。他從高座上推下權勢者，卻舉揚了卑微貧困的人。他曾使饑餓者飽饗美物，反使那富有者空手而去。他曾回億起自己的仁慈：扶助了他的僕人以色列，正如他向我們的祖先所說過的恩許，施恩於亞巴郎和他的子孫，直到永遠。」瑪利亞同依撒伯爾住了三個月左右，就回本家去了。

39 In those days Mary arose and went with haste into the hill country, to a city of Judah, 40 and she entered the house of Zechari’ah and greeted Elizabeth. 41 And when Elizabeth heard the greeting of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit 42 and she exclaimed with a loud cry, “Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb! 43 And why is this granted me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? 44 For behold, when the voice of your greeting came to my ears, the babe in my womb leaped for joy. 45 And blessed is she who believed that there would be a fulfilment of what was spoken to her from the Lord.” 46 And Mary said, “My soul magnifies the Lord, 47 and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior, 48 for he has regarded the low estate of his handmaiden. For behold, henceforth all generations will call me blessed; 49 for he who is mighty has done great things for me, and holy is his name. 50 And his mercy is on those who fear him from generation to generation. 51 He has shown strength with his arm, he has scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts, 52 he has put down the mighty from their thrones, and exalted those of low degree; 53 he has filled the hungry with good things, and the rich he has sent empty away. 54 He has helped his servant Israel, in remembrance of his mercy, 55 as he spoke to our fathers, to Abraham and to his posterity for ever.” 56 And Mary remained with her about three months, and returned to her home.

那時候，耶穌對門徒說：「我實實在在告訴你們：你們要痛哭、哀號，世界卻要歡樂；你們將要憂愁，但你們的憂愁卻要變為喜樂。婦女生產的時候，感到憂苦，因為她的時辰來到了；既生了孩子，因了喜樂再不記憶那苦楚了，因為一個人已生在世上了。如今，你們固然感到憂愁，但我要再見到你們，那時，你們心裏要喜樂，並且你們的喜樂誰也不能從你們奪去。到那一天，你們什麼也不必問我了。」

20 Truly, truly, I say to you, you will weep and lament, but the world will rejoice; you will be sorrowful, but your sorrow will turn into joy. 21 When a woman is in travail she has sorrow, because her hour has come; but when she is delivered of the child, she no longer remembers the anguish, for joy that a child is born into the world. 22 So you have sorrow now, but I will see you again and your hearts will rejoice, and no one will take your joy from you. 23 In that day you will ask nothing of me.

你們要祈禱，同時要知道，若沒有天主你們只是塵土。因此，把你們的心及思維轉向天主，向祂祈求，信賴祂的愛。小孩子，在聖神內，你們被邀請成為天主的見證人。小孩子，你們都是珍貴的，我請你們渡聖善的生活，好能獲得永生。要知道現時的生活是會流逝的，我愛你們，所以請你們轉向新的生活。多謝你們回應我的召叫。

“Dear children! Pray and be aware that without God you are dust. Therefore, turn your thoughts and heart to God and to prayer. Trust in His love. In God’s spirit, little children, you are all called to be witnesses. You are precious and I call you, little children, to holiness, to eternal life. Therefore, be aware that this life is passing. I love you and call you to a new life of conversion. Thank you for having responded to my call.”

那時候，耶穌對門徒說：「只有片時，你們就看不見我了；再過片時，你們又要看見我。」門徒中有幾個彼此說：「他對我們說的：『不久你們不再見到我；再不久，你們又要見到我。』還有『我往父那裏去』，是什麼意思？」又說：「他說的這『只有片時』，究竟有什麼意思？我們不明白他講什麼？」耶穌看出他們願意問他，就對他們說：「你們不是彼此詢問我所說的『只有片時，你們就看不見我了；再過片時，你們又要看見我』的話嗎？我實實在在告訴你們：你們要痛哭、哀號，世界卻要歡樂；你們將要憂愁，但你們的憂愁卻要變為喜樂。」

那時候，耶穌對門徒說：「我本來還有許多事要告訴你們，然而你們現在不能擔負。當那一位真理之神來時，他要把你們引入一切真理，因為他不憑自己講論，只要他所聽到的講出來，並把未來的事傳告給你們。他要光榮我，因為他要把由我所領受的，傳告給你們。凡父所有的一切，都是我的；為此我說：他要由我領受而傳告給你們。」
