教宗若望保祿二世於一九八四年三月廿五日把世界，特別是蘇聯奉獻給聖母無玷聖心。
教宗曾於訪問他的家鄉時，誦念了以下的奉獻經文：「教會的母親，我再次奉獻自己給妳，成為妳愛情的奴隸：我全屬於妳。我整個是屬於妳的。我把整個教會，無論在世界任何角落的教會，都奉獻給妳。我把整個人類、所有民族、國家、歐洲、羅馬及波蘭也奉獻給妳。讓妳的僕人能和他們彼此在愛內聯成一致。聖母媽媽，請不要放棄我們，請接納我們的奉獻，請指引我們。」
耶穌曾說過：「由於罪過的增加，許多人的愛情必要冷淡。唯獨堅持到底的，纔可得救。」(瑪24:12-13)
奉獻給聖母無玷聖心的目的，便是幫助我們以天主的愛去愛這世界。藉著聖體聖事、修和聖事和聖母的祝福，讓我們進入天主聖三的生活。
聖蒙福(St Louis-Marie Grignion de Montfort)所推廣的三十三天祈禱方式，便是按部就班的幫助我們的靈魂完全投入天主的生命、聖母的生命。

為紀念聖母於露德顯現一百五十週年，教宗本篤十六世規定，滿全以下甲、乙兩項條件的信友，每日可獲得一個全大赦 (可轉讓給煉靈) ─
1、三個慣常條件：辦告解、領聖體及為教宗意向祈禱 (可誦念天主經及聖母經各一遍，或誦念任何其他禱文)。
2、履行以下其中一項善工：
1. 在二零零七年十二月八日至二零零八年十二月八日期間，虔誠地到以下地點 (按指定次序較佳)，並在各地點稍留及作一段祈禱默想，最後以天主經、信經及「一百五十週年禱文」(＊) 或其他敬禮聖母的禱文總結整件善工：(a) 用作聖女伯爾納德領洗的堂區聖洗池；(b) 聖女家人的故居；(c) 瑪沙比爾聖母山洞 (Grotto of Massabielle)；(d) 聖女初領聖體的小堂。
2. 在二零零八年二月二日 (獻主節) 至二月十一日 (露德聖母紀念日，亦即聖母於露德顯現的一百五十週年紀念日) 期間，虔誠地到任何隆重地供奉露德聖母像的聖堂、小堂、聖母山洞或其他合適地點，在聖母像前履行某項聖母敬禮，或至少作一段祈禱默想，最後以天主經、信經及「一百五十週年禱文」(＊) 或其他敬禮聖母的禱文作總結。
3. 長者、病人及所有按合理原因，須留在家中而不能外出的信友，如決志改過遷善及願意盡早滿全三個慣常條件，可於二零零八年二月二日至二月十一日，「心神上」到以上第二項的地點朝聖、誦念指定的禱文，並以信賴之心，將自己的病苦，經聖母瑪利亞奉獻給天主。

恭讀聖馬爾谷福音5:1-20
耶穌和他的門徒來到了海的對岸革辣撒人的地方。耶穌一下船，即刻有一個附邪魔的人，從墳墓裏出來，迎著他走來。原來那人居住在墳墓裏，再沒有人能捆住他，就是用鎖鏈也不能，因為人屢次用腳鐐和鎖鏈將他捆縛，他卻將鎖鏈掙斷，將腳鐐弄碎，沒有人能制服他。他晝夜在墳墓裏或山陵中喊叫，用石頭擊傷自已。他從遠處望見了耶穌，就跑來，跪在他前，大聲喊說：「至高天主之子耶穌，我與你有什麼相干？我因著天主誓求你，不要苦害我！」因為耶穌曾向他說：「邪魔，從這人身上出去！」耶穌問他說：「你名叫什麼？」他回答說：「我名叫『軍旅』，因為我們眾多。」他再三懇求耶穌，不要驅逐他們離開此地。那時，在那邊山坡上，有一大群豬正在牧放。他們懇求耶穌說：「請打發我們到那豬群，好讓我們進入牠們內。」耶穌准許了他們；邪魔就出來，進入了豬內。那群豬約有二千，便從山崖上直衝到海裏，在海裏淹死了。放豬的人就逃走，到城裏和鄉間傳報開了；人都出來看是發生了什麼事。他們來到耶穌跟前，看見那個附魔的人，即為「軍旅」所附的人，坐在那裏，穿著衣服，神志清醒，就害怕起來。看見的人就把附魔的人所遇到的事，和那豬群的事，都給他們述說了。他們便請求耶穌離開他們的境界。當耶穌上船時，那曾附過魔的人，懇求耶穌讓他同耶穌在一起。耶穌沒有允許他，但對他說：「你回家，到你的親屬那裏，對他們傳述上主為你作了何等大事，怎樣憐憫了你。」那人就走了，在十城區開始傳揚耶穌為他所作的何等大事，眾人都驚奇不已。

A Reading from the Holy Gospel according to Mark 5:1-20
Jesus and his disciples came to the other side of the sea, to the territory of the Gerasenes. When he got out of the boat, at once a man from the tombs who had an unclean spirit met him. The man had been dwelling among the tombs, and no one could restrain him any longer, even with a chain. In fact, he had frequently been bound with shackles and chains, but the chains had been pulled apart by him and the shackles smashed, and no one was strong enough to subdue him. Night and day among the tombs and on the hillsides he was always crying out and bruising himself with stones. Catching sight of Jesus from a distance, he ran up and prostrated himself before him, crying out in a loud voice, “What have you to do with me, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I adjure you by God, do not torment me!” (He had been saying to him, “Unclean spirit, come out of the man!”) He asked him, “What is your name?” He replied, “Legion is my name. There are many of us.” And he pleaded earnestly with him not to drive them away from that territory. Now a large herd of swine was feeding there on the hillside. And they pleaded with him, “Send us into the swine. Let us enter them.” And he let them, and the unclean spirits came out and entered the swine. The herd of about two thousand rushed down a steep bank into the sea, where they were drowned. The swineherds ran away and reported the incident in the town and throughout the countryside. And people came out to see what had happened. As they approached Jesus, they caught sight of the man who had been possessed by Legion, sitting there clothed and in his right mind. And they were seized with fear. Those who witnessed the incident explained to them what had happened to the possessed man and to the swine. Then they began to beg him to leave their district. As he was getting into the boat, the man who had been possessed pleaded to remain with him. But Jesus would not permit him but told him instead, “Go home to your family and announce to them all that the Lord in his pity has done for you.” Then the man went off and began to proclaim in the Decapolis what Jesus had done for him; and all were amazed.

「神貧的人是有福的‥‥。」(瑪5:1-12)
「有福的」是指「屬於天國的」。耶穌來到這個世界的目的，是讓人類重享原罪以前所享有的福份。
「讓我們照我們的肖像，按我們的模樣造人，叫他管理海中的魚、天空的飛鳥、牲畜、各種野獸、在地上爬行的各種爬蟲。」(創1:26)
「天主的肖像、模樣」便是指天主聖三的互愛關係。有關聖父，耶穌說過：「我不是獨自一個，還有派遣我來的父。」(若8:16)有關聖神，耶穌說：「我若去了，就要派遣護慰者到你們這裡來。」(若16:7)
由於原罪的關係，人類已失去了那份原始的聖潔。只有「愛」的天主，才想出聖言降生人間的辦法，把人類從「自我」的奴役中，帶入「為他人而生活」的新生命。耶穌曾這樣為人類祈禱：「公義的父啊！世界沒有認識你，我卻認識了你，這些人也知道是你派遣了我。我已經將你的名宣示給他們了，我還要宣示，好使你愛我的愛，在他們內，我也在他們內。」(若17:25)
只有「愛」，我們才是天國的子民，才算是「有福」。

默 想──Ø 不都是所有人也歡迎耶穌，皆因事件中耶穌犧牲了那麼多豬隻，害養豬的人血本無歸。
Ø 耶穌在驅逐邪魔的時候，也一股腦兒關顧到人的身上，「懶理」有多少豬隻犧牲了。從這個角度看，人的生命十分尊貴，救得多少，就救多少，一個也不能少。
Ø 目睹與經驗此事的人眾多，各人將按自己的受收角度，來演繹自己所經驗到的。若你也在場，嘗試想像自己如何看這位連邪魔也被驅走到的耶穌？
Ø 你會怕他嗎？喜愛他、服從他、對他產生疑問嗎？又或你會即時相信他是天主子嗎？
在四旬期內的每星期五將舉行拜苦路，因此默主哥耶的祈禱聚會將改在以下日期:
(1) 星期三, 二月十三日 晚上七時半
(2) 星期三, 三月十二日 晚上七時半

默 想──Ø 耶穌的真福八端，我們可能早已十分熟悉，琅琅上口幾可唸誦。但對八端內裡包含的深奧意思，卻很可能不甚了了。
Ø 耶穌眼中的「福」與今天我們所期望的「福」相信很有距離。面對八端，我們需要默存心中，多點反覆思量，甚至嘗試實踐。如果我們越願意實踐，我們或會明白更多，基督的不一樣的價值觀也越可以真正而深刻地進到我們心底去。
Ø 我們要繼續培養好自己的心田，好繼續接收祂的種子──真福八端。
準備心神．參與主日感恩祭
恭讀聖路加福音 2:22-40
按梅瑟的法律，一到了取潔的日期，瑪利亞和若瑟便帶著孩子上耶路撒冷去獻給上主，就如上主的法律上所記載的：『凡開胎首生的男性，應祝聖於上主。』並該照上主法律上所吩咐的，獻上祭物：一對斑鳩或兩隻鶵鴿。那時，在耶路撒冷有一個人，名叫西默盎。這人正義虔誠，期待著以色列的安慰，而且聖神也在他身上。他曾蒙聖神啟示：自己在未看見上主的受傅者以前，決見不到死亡。他因聖神的感動，進了聖殿；那時，抱著嬰孩耶穌的父母正進來，要按著法律的慣例為他行禮。西默盎就雙臂接過他來，讚美天主說：「主啊！現在可照你的話，放你的僕人平安去了！因為我親眼看見了你的救援，即你在萬民之前早準備好的：為作啟示異邦的光明，你百姓以色列的榮耀。」他的父親和母親就驚異他關於耶穌所說的這些話。西默盎祝福了他們，又向他的母親瑪利亞說：「看，這孩子已被立定，為使以色列中許多人跌倒和復起，並成為反對的記號——至於你，要有一把利劍刺透你的心靈——為叫許多人心中的思念顯露出來。」又有一位女先知亞納，是阿協爾支派法奴耳的女兒，已上了年紀。她出閣後，與丈夫同居了七年，以後就守寡，直到八十四歲。她齋戒祈禱，晝夜事奉天主，總不離開聖殿。正在那時刻，她也前來稱謝天主，並向一切希望耶路撒冷得救贖的人，講論這孩子。
他們按著上主的法律，行完了一切，便返回了加里肋亞，他們的本城納匝肋。孩子漸漸長大而強壯，充滿智慧，天主的恩寵常在他身上。

When the days were completed for their purification according to the law of Moses, Mary and Joseph took Jesus up to Jerusalem to present him to the Lord, just as it is written in the law of the Lord, Every male that opens the womb shall be consecrated to the Lord, and to offer the sacrifice of a pair of turtledoves or two young pigeons, in accordance with the dictate in the law of the Lord. Now there was a man in Jerusalem whose name was Simeon. This man was righteous and devout, awaiting the consolation of Israel, and the Holy Spirit was upon him. It had been revealed to him by the Holy Spirit that he should not see death
before he had seen the Christ of the Lord. He came in the Spirit into the temple; and when the parents brought in the child Jesus to perform the custom of the law in regard to him, he took him into his arms and blessed God, saying: “Now, Master, you may let your servant go in peace, according to your word, for my eyes have seen your salvation, which you prepared in the sight of all the peoples: a light for revelation to the Gentiles, and glory for your people Israel.” The child’s father and mother were amazed at what was said about him;
and Simeon blessed them and said to Mary his mother, “Behold, this child is destined for the fall and rise of many in Israel, and to be a sign that will be contradicted Band you yourself a sword will pierce so that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.” There was also a prophetess, Anna, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Asher. She was advanced in years, having lived seven years with her husband after her marriage, and then as a widow until she was eighty-four. She never left the temple, but worshiped night and day with fasting and prayer. And coming forward at that very time, she gave thanks to God and spoke about the child to all who were awaiting the redemption of Jerusalem.
When they had fulfilled all the prescriptions of the law of the Lord, they returned to Galilee, to their own town of Nazareth. The child grew and became strong, filled with wisdom; and the favor of God was upon him.

Imagine this happening to you…
One Sunday morning; a 2,000 member congregation was surprised to see two men enter . . . . . . both covered from head to toe in black and carrying submachine guns.
One of the men proclaimed, “Anyone willing to take a bullet for Christ remain where you are.”
Immediately, the choir fled… the deacons fled… and most of the congregation fled….
Out of the 2,000 there only remained 20.
The man who had spoken took off his hood… He then looked at the preacher and said “Okay Pastor, I got rid of all the hypocrites . . . . . Now you may begin your service. Have a nice day!”
And the two men turned and walked out. TOO DEEP NOT TO PASS ON…
It’s funny how simple it is for people to trash God and then wonder why the world is in the condition it is today….
Funny how we believe what the Newspapers say…but question what the Bible says…
Funny how everyone wants to go to heaven… provided they do not have to believe, think, say, or do anything the Bible says.
Funny how someone can say “I believe in God”… but still Follow Satan (who, by the way, also “believes”in God). Funny how you can send a thousand ‘funny jokes’
through e-mail and they spread like wildfire…but when you start sending messages
regarding the Lord, you think twiceabout sharing.
Funny how the lewd, crude, vulgar and obscene pass freely through cyberspace… but the public discussion of Jesus is suppressed in the school and work place.
Funny, isn’t it?
Funny how someone can be so fired up for Christ on Sunday… but be an invisible Christian the rest of the week.

Funny how when you go to forward this message… you will not send it to many on your address list because you’re not sure what they believe…or what they will think of you for sending it.
Funny how I can be more worried about what other people think of me… … than what God thinks of me.

那時，耶穌向群眾說：「天主的國好比一個人把種子撒在地裏，他黑夜白天，或睡或起，那種子發芽生長，至於怎樣，他卻不知道。因為土地自然生長果實：先發苗，後吐穗，最後穗又滿了麥粒。當果實成熟的時候，便立刻派人以鐮刀收割，因為到了收穫的時期。」
他又說：「我們以什麼比擬天主的國呢？或用什麼比喻來形容它呢？它好像一粒芥子，種在地裏的時候，比地上一切的種子都小；當下種之後，生長起來，比一切蔬菜都大；並且長出大枝，以致天上的飛鳥能棲息在它的蔭下。」耶穌用許多這樣的比喻，按照他們所能聽懂的，給他們講道。若不用比喻，他就不給他們講什麼，但私下裏卻給自己的門徒解釋一切。

He said, “To what shall we compare the Kingdom of God, or what parable can we use for it? It is like a mustard seed that, when it is sown in the ground, is the smallest of all the seeds on the earth. But once it is sown, it springs up and becomes the largest of plants and puts forth large branches, so that the birds of the sky can dwell in its shade.” With many such parables he spoke the word to them as they were able to understand it. Without parables he did not speak to them, but to his own disciples he explained everything in private.

主，就如上主的法律上所記載的：『凡開胎首生的男性，應祝聖於上主。』並該照上主法律上所吩咐的，獻上祭物：一對斑鳩或兩隻鶵鴿。那時，在耶路撒冷有一個人，名叫西默盎。這人正義虔誠，期待著以色列的安慰，而且聖神也在他身上。他曾蒙聖神啟示：自己在未看見上主的受傅者以前，決見不到死亡。他因聖神的感動，進了聖殿；那時，抱著嬰孩耶穌的父母正進來，要按著法律的慣例為他行禮。西默盎就雙臂接過他來，讚美天主說：「主啊！現在可照你的話，放你的僕人平安去了！因為我親眼看見了你的救援，即你在萬民之前早準備好的：為作啟示異邦的光明，你百姓以色列的榮耀。」他的父親和母親就驚異他關於耶穌所說的這些話。西默盎祝福了他們，又向他的母親瑪利亞說：「看，這孩子已被立定，為使以色列中許多人跌倒和復起，並成為反對的記號——至於你，要有一把利劍刺透你的心靈——為叫許多人心中的思念顯露出來。」又有一位女先知亞納，是阿協爾支派法奴耳的女兒，已上了年紀。她出閣後，與丈夫同居了七年，以後就守寡，直到八十四歲。她齋戒祈禱，晝夜事奉天主，總不離開聖殿。正在那時刻，她也前來稱謝天主，並向一切希望耶路撒冷得救贖的人，講論這孩子。
他們按著上主的法律，行完了一切，便返回了加里肋亞，他們的本城納匝肋。孩子漸漸長大而強壯，充滿智慧，天主的恩寵常在他身上。
默 想──Ø 聖母可謂是最偉大的默想者，多次上主通過不同的人或天使，向她傳達有關聖子的訊息，一時間她還有很多不明白的地方，她就默存心中，反覆思量。
Ø 正如今次，聽了西默盎的話後，聖經沒有告訴我們聖母的反應或感想，她繼續反覆思量，經年累月地默想這些訊息。
Ø 「有一把利劍刺透心靈」，指的不單是愛子受苦受難，作母親的痛苦煎熬。有釋經學者認為，是通過這把利劍，表達基督的救贖下，普世人類得以被救贖，且得以聖化，與罪惡相隔，亦是新天新地的開始。
